Role: Copywriter / Senior Web Producer
Challenge: Create a new website for John Lewis Finance by amalgamating the Insurance, Partnership Card, Foreign Currency and International Payments sites. Redesign pages and rewrite copy throughout.
Solution: The project team was tasked with building a responsive site comprising a fresh look and feel.
How I helped: I built each page and worked with stakeholders, product owners, our UX/UI Designer, Developers and Testers along the way. Participated in usability sessions and worked with our Designer to make changes, where necessary, to improve journeys, focusing on the UX copy.
