Challenge: Create all copy for the Home Solutions from John Lewis app and website. This is the UK’s most-trusted retailer and customers expect exemplary service.
Solution: Present users with a seamless journey to connect them to fully-vetted tradespeople.
How I helped: I looked at the end-to-end user journeys and created clear, informative and inviting copy for each stage, such as sign-up, validation, messaging, notifications and overlays.
