Lloyds Bank

Role: Lead Content Manager
Remit: Redesign and rebuild Lloyds’ public website.
Challenge: Create clear journeys, remove old or badly-written pages, improve the navigation and simplify the help section.
Solution: I collaborated with UX and UI designers, strategists, developers and testers to lead a team of five to build 400+ pages to showcase products such as credit cards, accounts and mortgages, while keeping senior stakeholders fully abreast of progress.
